We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure all projects meet their objectives and deadlines. As the go-to person for all aspects of a project’s organization and timeline, your responsibilities will include ensuring resource availability, managing allocation, and delivering projects within scope and budget.

The role reports directly to the Programme Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating project workflows and tasks management
• Managing tasks and general administration in Jira
• Ensuring the timely delivery of development work
• Participating in project scope meetings and defining action points
• Ensuring adherence to relevant processes

Requirements

Essential

• 2+ years’ experience in a project management or engineering role
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Experience running Agile project methodologies
• Familiarity with software development processes 
• Expertise in requirements gathering, prioritization, and documentation
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with a demonstrable ability to think critically and solve problems in engineering or related disciplines
• Knowledge of how web applications are built, including frontend, backend, servers, databases, and cloud server environments
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Passion and drive, and a genuine desire to make things better
• A positive, team-playing attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Polish

Desirable

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
• Relevant experience in implementation projects
• Experience in programming
