Profitroom - Empowering hotels directly

​Currently we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Connectivity Team, to create long-term and profitable relationships with our partners, ensuring seamless and successful integrations. As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate projects with both our partners and internal development team, implementing reliable processes and thorough documentation to guarantee success. 



Daily duties:

  • Discovery of technical connectivity projects between internal products and external services.
  • Connectivity projects include, but are not limited to: PMS solutions (Property Management Systems), OTA portals (Online Travel Agencies) and payment gateways.
  • Working with a connectivity development team.
  • Testing of new integrations and integration updates.
  • Monitoring and certification of new integrations & features.
  • Accountable for projects going live on time, being the main point of contact for the lifetime of the project.
  • Creating and updating internal documentation. 
  • Coordination of upgrades and bug fixes, raising needed development requests to the dev team.



Requirements:

  • Experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, gained either through direct experience in a hotel or from working with a software company in the hotel industry.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of API integrations.
  • Proficiency with JSON/REST, XML/SOAP APIs, and tools like Postman.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
  • Proactive attitude with a guest-centric mentality.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or a related industry.
  • English proficiency at the C1 level is required.

Recruitment process:

  1. Intro call with the Recruiter (up to 45 minutes)
  2. Role and Team fit interview with Connectivity Lead (up to 60 minutes)
  3. Team fit interview with Connectivity Team (up to 30 minutes)
