Responsibilities : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Identify project stakeholders and establish communication channels. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, analysts, developers etc.). Ensure clear communication among team members and stakeholders. Proactively track project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines. Identify and resolve delays or bottlenecks to keep the project on track. Identify potential risks, issues, and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle. Regularly update stakeholders on project status, including progress, issues, and risks. Address project challenges or conflicts quickly and efficiently. Maintain governance structures for project execution, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall strategy and priorities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management process and team performance.
