responsibilities :
Backlog Management: oversee the planning, execution, and overall management of the portal foundation backlog including all epics and stories.
Collaboration: work closely with other product owners/managers, team leads, developers, architects, and consultants to support your team’s work as well as other portal teams, delivery teams, and client teams.
Implementation Support: ensure successful implementation of the portal foundation for both the different internal business units and Sapiens clients, providing support for bug fixes and missing functionalities.
Stakeholder Communication: maintain clear, transparent, and effective communication with peers, managers, and other stakeholders.
Travel: your work may include occasional travels for workshops, product demos and client support.
requirements-expected :
Experience: 7-10 years in a technical product owner or similar role, preferably within the Insurtech or fintech industries.
Hands on experience with one or more frontend and backend development
Knowledge of software design and REST API
Software engineering skills across all phases of software development lifecycle
Communication: exceptional communication skills with a high proficiency in English.
Leadership: strong leadership abilities to guide and support teams.
Soft Skills: hardworking, detail-oriented, and excellent problem-solving skills.
