Experienced Technical Product Owner / Delivery Lead to lead integration-focused teams working within a large-scale data and financial crime prevention environment

Responsible for maximizing business value delivered by the Integration Teams while collaborating closely with architects, product management, and technical stakeholders

Technical Product Owner / Delivery Lead – Integration Team



Your responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the Product Backlog for Integration Teams
  • Drive delivery of integration and orchestration solutions
  • Define and communicate team objectives and priorities
  • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Translate business needs into actionable backlog items and user stories
  • Ensure backlog transparency, visibility, and alignment across teams
  • Support solution design, including functional and non-functional requirements
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments
  • Work closely with development teams on integration and data-related initiatives
  • Contribute to governance, standards, and continuous improvement activities
  • Drive Agile ways of working and stakeholder alignment

Our requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Execution Leader
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Technical understanding of Java Microservices
  • Technical understanding of REST APIs
  • Technical understanding of SQL
  • Technical understanding of PostgreSQL
  • Experience working with integration solutions and data flows
  • Experience managing product backlogs and prioritization
  • Ability to break down large initiatives into deliverable stories
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and delivery processes
  • Experience collaborating with architects, developers, and business stakeholders
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or financial crime prevention
  • SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) certification
  • Knowledge of Core J2EE Design Patterns
  • Basic Java knowledge
  • Experience with Big Data environments
