As a Technical Lead for Data Products and Data Pipeline Solutions, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of data products and data pipeline solutions based on AWS and Snowflake platforms. You will lead a team of experienced data engineers and data scientists in delivering scalable, reliable, and efficient data solutions that bring business value.

Your responsibilities

• Leading the technical architecture and design of data products and data pipeline solutions on the AWS platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business goals and requirements.
• Leading the development and execution of the roadmap for data product development on the AWS platform, leveraging industry best practices and standards.

Our requirements

• Proven experience in technical leadership roles, with a strong focus on building data products and data pipeline solutions on the AWS platform.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, Fargate, EC2, S3, AWS Glue, Athena, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS, and related data technologies.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes in the context of AWS and Snowflake-based solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across various levels of an organization.
• Optimization and tuning of data pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshooting data-related issues, ensuring the reliability of data infrastructure.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Programming in Python.
• DevOps tools: GitLab CI/CD, AWS CDK.
• Experience with Snowflake (WHs, dbt, vault).
• Experience with Liquibase.
