Overview

As Technical Coffee Lead at Coca Cola HBC you will be responsible for managing repairs of coffee equipment on the market performed by an external company, external service provider in Poland by ensuring timely execution of repair orders on the market based on the established SLA.

You will perform regular market visits to ensure the appropriate level of service and customer satisfaction. Your tasks will also include implementation of new models of coffee equipment in cooperation with producers and collaborators from other countries of the Coca Cola HBC Group.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures full 3PL compliance with Coca Cola HBC equipment maintenance standards
  • Ensures continuous optimization of service activities in the market for better results and greater customer satisfaction
  • Monitors SLA compliance to ensure agreed goals are achieved at the lowest applicable cost
  • Handles customer or 3PL complaints and provides timely resolution
  • Identifies and implements cost reduction and avoidance initiatives in the service area
  • Prepares monthly reports and summaries for 3PL regarding financial settlements in repairs on the market
  • Cooperate with the Sales Department
  • Supervises the implementation processes of new models of Costa Coffee machines: developing recipes, technical manuals, technical training, cooperation with manufacturers
  • Planning, coordination and control of periodic inspections of devices on the market
  • Supervises the process of installation, operation and development of telemetry and cashless systems in Costa machines, analysis of telemetry data, cooperation with the telemetry service provider
  • Experience in customer service and coffee equipment management
  • Operational and technical knowledge of service and operation of coffee equipment
  • Understanding the area of operation of the Sales department and the market
  • Customer focused mindset and strong Business Partnering skills
  • Analytical skills and effective ways of working
  • Very good command of English
  • Willingness to travel for work (at least two days a week)
