Technical Business Analyst (BA) – Dynamic support for a portfolio of projects across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyse, plan, and document processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.
- Work across build, deployment, and monitoring tools to support CI/CD initiatives.
- Contribute to testing, migration, and post‑live activities.
- Provide analytical insights using data extraction and reporting tools.
Tech Stack & Tools You’ll Work With
- CI/CD & Automation: Jenkins, Ansible (or similar)
- Monitoring & Logging: Industry‑standard tools (e.g., Grafana, Splunk, ELK)
- Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in software delivery within banking, finance, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Broad knowledge of IT controls, governance, and best practices.
- Familiarity with database concepts and data querying.
Location: Cracow, Hybrid – 6x a month in office
