Contract type: Contract of Employment or B2B
Salary: 22 000 - 28 000 PLN gross on CoE, 130 – 200 pln/h
You can work in remote/hybrid model or in the office located in Warsaw.
What will you do on a daily basis? You will be:
- Building, mentoring and supporting a team made of up to 8 engineers
- Collaborating with product owners and product managers
- Participating in a software development process and tech leaders
- Creating a positive work environment
- Providing monitoring data such as KPI
- Helping in managing risks in development process
Who are we looking for? An experienced team leader with:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- 2+ years as a team lead/manager
- People-oriented leader behaviour
- Knowledge of modern web application development in Azure, .NET & React
- Experience in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
- Great communication skills including mentoring, coaching and conflict handling.
- Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
- Fluent English
