Talent Management Specialist (fixed term)

We are looking for a Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Department and partner our business and company with management and further development of our learning portfolio. In this position you will have a chance to support the entire UI Group in the creation, development and conducting of talent management projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Learning & Development professional to make a significant impact on employee growth and development within our organization. As we are launching several activities and initiatives to support our fast‑growing organization, as Learning & Development Partner you will act as a strategic partner in addressing organizational development needs and play a crucial role in our further growth and direction of L&D future initiatives.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • Leading and driving projects around the global Learning & Talent Management Strategy, including leadership development programs, high potential programs, employee engagement and trainee programme
  • Running the group‑wide Performance Management Process including monitoring and reporting of the process in our HR system (Workday)
  • Cooperation in the conception and execution of the Employee Survey including implementation of actions afterwards
  • Management and further development of our learning portfolio (internal and external trainings, coaching) across all locations by evaluating individual and organisational development needs
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and determine learning priorities
  • Work with managers to create individual development plans for employees, identifying growth opportunities and career paths as well as support employees in achieving their career aspirations within the organization
  • Design and deliver organisation and administration of workshops, trainings and e‑learning courses
  • Monitoring and reporting of the training budget
Your skills and experience:
  • Experience in L&D area, ideally gained in an international environment
  • Experience in performance management area gained in an international environment
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
  • University degree in human resource management, psychology, business education or comparable studies or relevant working experience
  • Conceptual, solution‑oriented and hands‑on mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High service orientation, high commitment and team player skills
  • Workday experience would be considered as a plus
