What we offer:

What we expect:

• Excellent spoken and written English;
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field;
• At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment/HR or a similar role;
• Previous experience in an international company, agency, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing company;
• A person with strong organizational skills and a self-motivated individual;
• Experience in collaboration with different types of stakeholders;
• Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods;
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
