What we offer:

- Working closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, roles, and responsibilities;
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on established criteria;
- Providing effective and timely feedback at every stage to the parties involved;
- Managing the job offer process, including negotiating employment terms and finalizing offers;
- Organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong employer brand;
- Coordinating and participating in “Onboarding day” for new joiners.
What we expect:
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment/HR or a similar role;
- Previous experience in an international company, agency, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing company;
- A person with strong organizational skills and a self-motivated individual;
- Experience in collaboration with different types of stakeholders;
- Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods;
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
