YOUR TASKS

• Conduct end-to-end volume recruitment processes, for senior level positions (Finance & Accounting, Intelligent Automation, IT roles, HR etc.)
• Contact with candidates, search via internal database and external sources like LinkedIn, actions on social media, offering candidates.
• Take care of candidate experience and quality of recruitment process.
• Regular reporting about recruitment progress

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in recruitment min. 1 year.
• Experience in recruiting for finance and accounting roles & IT profiles will be added value.
• Fluent English (at least B2).
• Attention to details and orientation to quality.
• Proactivity and problem solving.
• Curiosity to explore, improve and learn new things.
• Very good communication skills.
