Due to new projects led by our client in Lithuania, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to leverage their expertise in attracting candidates within the IT sector.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in optimizing recruitment processes. By collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of talent acquisition strategies, systems, and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Running an end-to-end IT recruitment process.
• Developing and implementing a sourcing strategy using various channels and the company’s talent pool.
• Consulting with Hiring Managers to proactively identify current and future hiring needs.
• Pre-screening, aligning candidates with roles, and tracking high-caliber talent.
• Continuously maintaining an attractive pipeline of potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Experience in independently leading recruitment processes for IT specialist positions.
• Proficiency in utilizing diverse channels for candidate sourcing, with experience in direct search methodologies.
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Lithuanian (minimum C1 level).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
