As part of the team within Strategic Procurement you will ensure the sourcing of parts and components, systems and external services for the spare part business and retrofit projects and contribute to the success of Everllence, former MAN Energy Solutions, decarbonization strategy. We are looking for a Tactical Buyer – for our 2 stroke and 4 stroke small bore business for our site in Poznan. As part of the international procurement team of around 30 highly qualified and motivated employees, you can expect exciting and varied procurement tasks.

We can offer you the following tasks

• Manage day-to-day procurement activities, including preparing and issuing RFQs, evaluating supplier offers, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in ERP systems
• Ensure data accuracy and process compliance within procurement systems and tools
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Price Services to align purchasing priorities and ensure timely delivery
• Work in agile, cross-departmental teams to drive continuous improvement and responsiveness in the supply chain
• Build and maintain strong relationships with category buyers to support organizational goals related to quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
• Support international group-level procurement strategies and maintain regular alignment with headquarters

You can help us with these qualifications

• Proven experience in purchasing or tactical buying, preferably in electronics
• Basic negotiation skills and familiarity with RFQ processes
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with a sense of ownership
• Experience working in a multicultural and international environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus
• Fluent in English, willingness to learn Polish or basic Polish skills are considered a plus

The maximum monthly salary for this position is 9.500 PLN monthly gross, depending on qualifications and experience. We are committed to fair compensation practices.

Where we need you

Your office will be in Poznań. As a project purchaser, you will mainly work at a PC workstation. Business trips within the EU will occasionally take place. An introduction will take place in Denmark, among other places.
