Being a member of Temenos T24 technical support team in CBP Technology and Infrastructure block.
responsibilities :
Analyzing and troubleshoot any reported technical issues in prioritized order in co-operation with experts from various other CBP teams and from Temenos
Liaising with Temenos teams to ensure that the identified product problems are understood and resolved
Supporting CBPs various migration and release events
Supporting CBPs functional and non-functional testing activities (especially performance testing)
Planning, implementing, and testing different kinds of technical features and improvements in CBP
Identifying, evaluating and mitigating different kinds of technical risks
Sharing your own knowledge with other team members, and coaching less experienced experts
requirements-expected :
Several years hands-on technical experience from working with Temenos T24/Transact (see below the more detailed list of Temenos specific skills)
Excellent analysis, troubleshooting and debugging skills for functional and non-functional issues
Application development or engineering background including experience in deploying applications
Solid knowledge and experience with Oracle stack (Database, WebLogic, Oracle Service Bus)
Solid experience in Linux and multi-server environments
Hands on experience in scripting tools and programming languages like Java
Good communication skills, fluent English
