As a Technical Bussines Analyst you will devise and implement concepts for digitalization measures in the task area Providing support for quality assurance and rollout monitoring.
Evaluating digitalization projects in quantitative/qualitative terms
Providing support in devising draft resolutions
Acting as a point of contact on issues related to digitalization in order to ensure knowledge transfer and digital progress in the task area
Advising the business in the task area on process designs that can be automated
Providing support in change processes by designing and implementing training measures Managing projects
Multiplier / contact person / consultant for topics related to digitization to ensure know-how transfer and digital progress
You have a degree in engineering or comparable vocational training and you are characterized by in-depth experience in Digitalization of the Telco environment.
Furthermore, you are characterized by detailed company-specific knowledge or exceptional specialist knowledge and skills:
Very good analytical and conceptual skills with the focus in digitalization
Very good experience as a project manager in projects for service provisioning and engineering processes, preferably in an agile environment
Conception and implementation of data analytic usecases and automatizations
Knowledge of automation and digitization solutions (Data Visualization, Kibana, Grafana, Microstrategy)
Good knowledge of the requirements of a data-driven telecommunications company
Self-initiative recognition of necessities, conceptions and implementation of digi cases
