The position of System Engineer is located in our office in Cracow.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage system requirements and architecture across the full product lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and performance.
• Analyze customer specifications and translate them into technical system requirements.
• Support design reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system engineering processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in system engineering or product development.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, requirements management, and validation.
• Familiarity with tools like DOORS, SysML, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards (e.g., IEC 61508 and related).
• Experience with embedded systems, electronics, or software integration.
• Complex zonal controller experience (e.g., drive train or BMS) will be an asset.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
