The position of System Coordinator is located in our office in Cracow.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate system engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring performance and robustness against customer specifications;
  • Lead system specification, architecture, design, and validation of multi-physics systems;
  • Manage system deliverables, timing, and budget throughout the development lifecycle;
  • Analyze customer requirements and cascade them to relevant technical teams;
  • Monitor risks using standard tools (e.g., FMEA, CAR) and propose mitigation plans;
  • Ensure compliance with norms, regulations, and ergonomic standards;
  • Drive continuous improvement of system development processes and methodologies;
  • Represent OPmobility in customer meetings and lead technical reporting;

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in mechatronics, electronics, or control systems;
  • Around 8 years of experience in automotive/industrual sector system development, ideally with ECU architecture;
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems, diagnostics and functional safety applied to railway or industrial sector;
  • Experience with tools like CANalyzer, CANape, DOORS;
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
