ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Providing friendly customer service via phone,
• Supporting passengers with inquiries,
• Handling reservations and processing refunds in the system,
• Support of e-commerce and loyalty program activities.

• Fluency in English and good knowledge of Italian (min. B2/C1),
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills,
• Customer-oriented approach,
• Availability to work on-site from the office in Wrocław.
