At the Engineering Competence Center, we carry out services and projects for the automotive, rail, and oil & gas sectors, among others. Specialized teams of engineers work within project groups and competence groups, whose activities we manage. We also implement training and certification programs as part of improving the engineering competence of our consultants.
Work model:
- Hybrid - possibility to work remotely 2 days a week
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Volume planning, alignment of sales demand with production possibilities
- Contingent planning, cross-functional scheduling, alignment, and actualization of tenders within the aligned program framework
- Slotting of new orders and alignment of delivery dates
- Sales volume planning, preparation of planning tools, and consolidation of feedback. Tracking of sales volume fulfillment
- Project work for MSO, leading and supporting cross-functional projects
- Organizing shipments from the production plant
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, business administration, or similar fields
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience in an international business environment
- Good command of MS Office programs, especially PPT, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Advanced communication skills in English (business fluent) and German (is of advantage)
- Presentation skills with a creative and innovative approach
- Advanced analytical skills and interest in data analysis
- Ability to manage complex work packages, detailed, efficient, and reliable
- Solid understanding of business financials and controlling content
