Supply Chain Manager

Paris Tobacco International Manufacturing Sp. z o. o. is a new, rapidly growing European company with its headquarter in Poland, part of the YSQ International Group.

For our factory located in Skrzyńsko, near Radom, we are looking for a new team member.

Responsibilities

• Support the SCM department by managing all inventory-related matters across all regions.
• Ensure inventory accuracy in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and reconcile with Finance.
• Conduct periodic site audits to ensure SCM operations meet company expectations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team and departments by evaluating existing practices and seeking ways to achieve better outcomes, ensuring performance and financial targets are met, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Generate monthly reports to review inventory activities.
• Monitor and track spending performance.
• Ensure compliance with local government regulations.
• Undertake projects and duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a supply chain related area like logistics, production planning, etc.
• 6+ years of supply chain experience or related area.
• Familiarity with NAVISION system (is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Communicative level of verbal and written English (B1/B2).
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
