Overview
Join our Supply Chain Graduate: Plant Operations program at Mondelēz International. Start date: November 2025. This is a three-year program with three rotations across manufacturing functions, designed to develop future leaders in supply chain and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Rotations across plant operations (three 12-month rotations) across at least two plants in Poland (starting with Jankowice near Poznań or Skarbimierz).
- Experience roles such as Continuous Improvement Engineer, Process Engineer, or Junior Line Technical Lead.
- Gain breadth and depth of knowledge in food manufacturing and project engineering, and work with industry experts.

The Role
You will work across plant operations in three 12-month rotations over three years, gaining exposure to core manufacturing experiences and project engineering. Roles may include Continuous Engineer, Line Technical Leader, and Process Engineer.
Who Are We Looking For?
- A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Willingness to relocate for rotations and work in diverse environments.
- Problem-solver, good communicator and collaborator; passionate about innovation and sustainability.
- Ready to challenge the status quo and grow into a leadership role; mobility to relocate while on the Graduate scheme.
