Overview

Join Mondelēz International for the Supply Chain Graduate: Leadership Development Program. Over three years, with three rotations, you’ll gain hands-on experience, take on real responsibilities, and work across different locations and Supply Chain functions, which may include Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Management & Procurement.

The Role

You’ll work across plant operations in a series of three 12-month rotations designed to give breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts, and develop skills in core areas of food manufacturing, project engineering, and people leadership. You will experience roles across at least two plants in Poland, which might include Cieszyn or Tomaszów Mazowiecki.

Who Are We Looking For

• You are a recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Fluent in English & Polish
• Excited about working in diverse environments and relocating for rotations
• A problem-solver, communicator, and collaborator
• Passionate about innovation and sustainability
• Ready to challenge the status quo and grow into a leadership role
• Mobility to relocate whilst on the Graduate scheme
