You’ll build relationships with a broad spectrum of people - including clients, our own industry specialists and members of the global insurance and reinsurance markets.
You’ll gain exposure to both technical and client-facing roles - this will help you to understand the specialist advice our clients rely on, and how we share it with them.
We offer the opportunity to work with a variety of roles Health and Benefits insurance broking, property claims and complaints handing, client management and specialist project roles in marketing, site management, etc.
As a new employee you will be invited to an initial induction on day one and to some initial role related training within a few weeks of your start date.
As an Aon Graduate, you will be enrolled onto our 10-month Launch Programme, which starts in Sept 2025. This development programme is built around three core elements:
