We are looking to recruit a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Structures Team at our office in Warsaw.

About You

Are you a construction designer looking to grow your expertise and make a difference on projects across the world?

Key Duties

• Overseeing and monitoring engineering design and technical specifications from a team of structural engineers, ensuring output is quality reviewed
• Guiding graduates and engineers through their professional development
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients and working with Associate Directors and Directors to secure new work for the group
• Actively working as a member of our design team, contributing ideas and innovative solutions across a variety of projects
• Ensure that practices, policies, strategy and services represent the clients best interests and that Buro Happold is in keeping with current legislation and relevant regional codes of practice

Your Skills and Experience

• Proven experience (+4 y.) in a senior role within civil engineering and structural design
• Previous experience from a variety of interesting and challenging projects in Poland and internationally
• A creative, innovative individual with an enthusiasm for leading teams to create and deliver simple, effective solutions to complex problems
• Pragmatic approach, someone who is happy to take the lead in challenging situations
• Professional Engineer License (required)
• Experience with BIM tools such as REVIT and AutoCAD
• Language skills: Fluent in English and Polish
