Strategic Business Change Senior Manager (Portfolio Steering) Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities Wholesale Transformation is responsible for world-class strategic transformation of Wholesale banking through smart execution. We act as strategic partners to businesses and create world-class digital capabilities that enable HSBC Wholesale to digitise at scale and simplify the lives of our colleagues and customers. The Wholesale Portfolio Steering Programme, established in Q1’24 and will be a multi-year programme, will deliver an end-to-end strategic capability to steer the portfolio, using a sustainability lens, as part of its corporate strategy. This will be embedded into the BAU deal approval and client planning processes, whilst using balance sheet forecasting models to ensure these caps are adjusted dynamically to incorporate changes to macroeconomic variables and changes to client plans. The outcome of which will lay the foundations for the Bank to capitalise on the risks and opportunities arising from the transition to Net Zero. This role will provide project management oversight across the programme work streams, in partnership with internal delivery partners, and with project reporting responsibilities into senior Wholesale Sustainability leadership. Climate change and the broader sustainability agenda will impact Wholesale clients across all industries and markets at an unprecedented rate and level. Experience as a Product Owner / Manager in the complex limit lending domain with a firm understanding of the associated end to end lending application, approval and maintenance processes. Demonstrate an ability to interpret complex lending documentation and processes to extract key data points, and apply these to a structured data model, to work at a high level of numeracy in order to assess the robustness and accuracy of margin rules being delivered by the vendor tool in UAT. Experience of working with Loan IQ, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, JIRA and Confluence. Experience in Business & Systems Analysis, Requirements Management. Able to take ownership of the deliverables and achieve desired outcome within agreed timescales. Have excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills, decision making and problem solving ability, judgmental skills to identify, record and resolve problems. Experience of working with disparate teams and resources located remotely. Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a global perspective, senior stakeholders and business sponsors. Our requirements Experience in developing business cases, proposals, presentations and other high impact documents for meetings and events being undertaken. Able to lead and influence a large group of people, who will not have a formal reporting relationship with the individual. Proven track record of project execution and delivery with high/medium complexity and scope, and effective stakeholder management. Ability to operate well across cultures and in multi-cultural diverse work environments. Ability to leverage resources globally available to achieve goals. Strong relationship management and program / change / project management skills. Ability to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders, and get necessary decisions taken within desired timelines.
