Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
  • Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
  • Drive the technical vision and roadmap for Kubernetes evolution to meet the needs of the worlds most demanding GenAI models training.
  • Inspire, mentor and support a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of growth, knowledge sharing, and respect for individual strengths.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
  • Experiences with AI frameworks (e.g., Tensorflow, PyTorch, JAX), algorithms and tools(e.g., Kubeflow, Ray.io, MLflow).


Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  • 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
  • MLOps experience with large-scale distributed environments.
