Working as an HID EAT RFID Professional Services Staff Firmware Engineer, you will be a key contributor in a dynamic and rapidly growing business segment. The individual will play an integral role in the creation of POCs, demos, and support for our Innovation team. You will be an interface between the customer-facing and product-facing teams and support escalated field issues that require engineering investigation. The individual will work closely with our tech support and engineering teams to analyze and solve technical issues.
