Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FP&A Financial Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the FP&A financial systems, ensuring accurate data loads, and implementing system updates during each planning cycle, including budgeting and forecasting. You will serve as a primary contact for system-related inquiries and issues, providing support to the entire FP&A organization across our company (CHC). This position will report to the FP&A Manager in Dallas.

Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting system problems, escalating issues to the FP&A system provider when necessary, and coordinating, testing, assessing, and assisting in the deployment of new functions and features within the financial systems. Additionally, you will play a vital role in supporting the Director of Corporate FP&A in managing the overall CHC financial planning process, including ad hoc forecasts, long-term cash flow, balance sheet modeling, and special projects.

The Regional FP&A teams rely on the Corporate FP&A team for guidance and support in utilizing the FP&A financial systems throughout the monthly close/forecast and the budget planning process. Your expertise and assistance will be critical in ensuring smooth operations and accurate financial analysis.

The successful candidate for this position must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. You should have a solid understanding of financial planning processes, experience with FP&A financial systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your contributions will be essential in providing the necessary support and guidance to the organization, making this role indispensable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain FP&A financial systems, ensuring accurate monthly data loads and implementing system updates during planning cycles (budget and forecast);
2. Serve as the primary contact for system-related issues and questions, supporting the entire FP&A organization across CHC;
3. Provide FP&A financial system support and guidance to the Regional FP&A teams throughout the monthly close/forecast and budget planning process;
4. Support the Director of Corporate FP&A in managing the overall CHC financial planning process, including ad hoc forecasts, P&L maintenance, and special projects;
5. Troubleshoot systems issues as necessary and escalate items to the FP&A system provider when appropriate;
6. Prepare monthly Pacing reports using Powerpoint;
7. Maintain the Cash Flow Forecast model in the Host;
8. Coordinate, test, assess, and assist in the deployment of new functions and features within the financial systems.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
2. Experience in maintaining and utilizing FP&A financial systems;
3. Experience with Planful/Spotlight or similar FP&A tool;
4. Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint;
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to troubleshoot system issues;
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
9. Solid understanding of financial planning processes;
10. Proactive and self-motivated attitude;
11. Must have the legal right to live and work in Poland.
