Within the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain organization we are looking for a Senior Business Process Project Management Specialist. In our team we focus on holistically transforming the customer journey by investing in innovative ways of working from both an organizational and technological perspective. You are defining the impact of a solution, and you ensure that teams have the right knowledge and confidence to transition through the various phases of change.
You will be working in an international team with colleagues located in different countries. This is a hybrid position with office location in the Center of Expertise in Warsaw.
It is beneficial if the Senior Business Process (BP) Project Management Specialist has experience with SAP Centerpiece, Salesforce and/or CRM (ICE), Agile Project Management (Scrum), as well as knowledge of the (Diabetes) medical device industry or the pharmaceutical sector.
