Obowiązki

• operate and maintain SQL/database clusters (MSSQL, MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL),
• act as the main contact for internal teams and clients,
• configure SQL clusters and perform routine health checks,
• manage incidents, service requests, and changes,
• align operations and parameter updates with client requirements,
• support documentation, handover, and runbook preparation,
• identify automation opportunities and ensure quality of deliverables,
• share knowledge and support transition to run phase.

Wymagania

• minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL,
• strong understanding of relational databases and SQL query optimization,
• experience with one or more database systems such as MSSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL,
• ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
• confident in reporting progress, leading discussions, and facilitating collaboration across teams,
• proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills,
• ability to work independently and take initiative,
• very good knowledge of English and German (spoken and written).
