Sports Community Development Representative

• Build and manage HUAWEI Health App community from scratch, develop tailored operational strategies and content plans.
• Plan and execute regular activities (e.g. online challenges, themed live broadcasts, local running groups) to boost user engagement and foster a sense of community.
• Be a sports enthusiast, sharing valuable content (e.g. running tips, cycling gear reviews), creating localized media, continuously optimizing operational strategies based on activity and retention data, driving community growth.

Our requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in Sports Science, Health Management, Marketing or any related field.
• At least one year of previous experience in community building and social media.
• A passion for sports and enthusiasm for physical activity, with proficiency in at least one or two mainstream sports (e.g., running, cycling, fitness), supported by a strong training routine and solid professional knowledge.
• In-depth understanding of Polish sports culture, events, and community dynamics and previous experience in event organizing
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English.
