Your responsibilities:
• Coordination of accounting and financial closing of the month (including support of the accounting team in recognizing economic operations and calculation of provisions at closing)
• Month closing procedures, reviews and reporting
• Analysis of deviations to the budget / forecast
• Cooperating with shareholder's corporate finance team
• Cost control
• Coordinating monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process for business
• Preparing operational budgets, financial performance reports, managements reports
• Preparing profit and loss account prognoses, cash flow projections, variance analyses and other financial documentation
• Development of new reporting tools and optimizing processes
• Preparation of statutory reports
• Direct cooperation with external auditors
• Actively resolving data issues in accounting systems and data warehouse
• Handling financial management and control tasks, Other tasks as instructed
• Close cooperation with Sales Department - product profitability management
Our requirements:
• Higher education in Finance or equivalent; (Finance, Accounting, Quantitative methods, etc)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling within an international organization
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Polish and English
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Access)
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Knowledge of SAP Business Object Program will be definitely an advantage
• SQL,VBA knowledge - nice to have
