Join as a Specialist* Sales Support Online‑Retail & Marketplace role at ERBACHER the food family
Responsibilities
- You maintain regular and proactive communication with purchasing, online marketing, and category management teams on online retailer and marketplace side
- You research market trends and monitor competitors across the e‑commerce landscape
- You analyze key metrics and prepare reports for Marketplace Specialists, Key Account Managers, and Sales Leadership
- You support the planning and execution of initiatives that boost brand and product visibility in online retail and marketplaces
- You coordinate internal and external processes and evaluate the impact of implemented measures
- You assist with preparation and follow‑up for customer meetings and negotiations
- You manage and update all sales‑related content and data in collaboration with internal teams and support the online certification process within the selective distribution model
- You represent customer and marketplace needs across internal interfaces such as Supply Chain, Finance, Product Management, Digitalization, Brand Marketing, Production Planning, and Sales
Expectations
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in eCommerce support, marketplace operations, or a related field
- You understand eCommerce and online marketing processes
- You have strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
- You enjoy working with data and reports and have an analytical mindset
- You are skilled in MS Excel and comfortable handling multiple data sources
- You communicate clearly and work well in an international environment
- You speak English and Polish fluently
- You are proactive, curious, and eager to optimize processes
- Additionally, you have experience with consumer brands and have an affinity for pets
