The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in supporting the companys business goals by creating professional, high-quality visual content. This position is responsible for developing design solutions that effectively communicate the companys brand message, enhancing marketing efforts, and contributing to overall business growth.
The role requires a balance of creativity and adherence to business objectives, ensuring that all design work is aligned with strategic goals.
This role is integral to the companys marketing and communication strategies, ensuring that all visual content supports and enhances the companys brand and business objectives.
We are open for both experienced specialists or someone more junior, who would like to learn and become part of our organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Design Development: Produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website visuals, presentations, and other marketing materials that meet business objectives.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and platforms, reinforcing the companys brand identity.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop design solutions that support marketing campaigns and business initiatives.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals and business deadlines.
- Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and update designs, ensuring the final output meets business standards and objectives.
- Ad Hoc Requirements: Address additional design tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor, including various ad‑hoc business requirements to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Market Research and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and technologies to ensure the companys design capabilities remain competitive and innovative.
Our Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that support business goals.
Technical Skills
- Adobe Applications: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- 3D Modelling: Experience with 3D modelling software such as Blender, Maya, or similar tools.
- Print Methods: Knowledge of print production processes and methods, including pre‑press and post‑press techniques.
Software Proficiency
Familiarity with additional design software and tools such as Sketch, Figma, or others as relevant.
Portfolio
A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating the ability to create design work that supports business objectives and proficiency in various design tools and methods.
Language
A strong proficiency in English is a must.
