Aptean is looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our Sales team! As a Solutions Consultant, you will work with our Sales team and customers during the pre-sales phase.
You will design, develop, and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, highlighting the latest versions of the solution, product features, and business usage to prospects.
Every day brings new opportunities. One week you could be presenting to the C-suite of a prospect as part of an Executive Briefing; other weeks you could be showcasing bespoke demos, or developing strategic presentations, business reviews, or value realization workshops for our key prospects!
In this role, you will work with our Aptean Food and Beverage ERP solutions: Our tailored food enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems help customers simplify processes, provide superior visibility, and manage costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting Up Demo Environments and Optimized Demo Configuration:
- Configure and maintain demo environments to showcase our digital solutions effectively.
- Ensure all demo configurations are optimized for performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to stay updated on the latest features and capabilities.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Aptean’s Food & Beverage ERP.
- Conducting Repeatable Digital Demos for Sales and ADRs:
- Develop and deliver engaging, repeatable digital demos for our sales teams and Account Development Representatives (ADRs).
- Train sales and ADR teams on how to effectively use these demos in their daily client engagements.
- Continuously refine and improve demo presentations based on feedback and evolving client needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific customer needs.
- Technical Support for ADR and ISS Organization:
- Provide technical support and guidance to ADR and Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to demos and client engagements.
- Act as a liaison between sales, ADR, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in ERP solutions and a passion for the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2-3 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or relevant role as an ERP functional consultant.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Consideration:
- Understanding or experience working with shop-floor systems or maintenance management software.
- Experience or understanding of EAM/OEE, and the Food and Beverage industry is a strong advantage.
