As Solution Analyst, you will lead automation and process optimisation projects across Westwings global organisation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as RPA and AI. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll design and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational excellence. This position is unlimited and located in Warsaw.
responsibilities :
lead analytical and optimisation projects to support various departments within the organisation
collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and map end-to-end processes, and identify opportunities for optimisation, standardisation, and automation
analyse existing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing solutions for streamlining and automation
design and implement process improvements, focusing on automation and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to drive efficiency
explore and integrate AI-driven solutions, where applicable, to further enhance process optimisation
provide ad-hoc support for projects and initiatives requiring problem-solving and analytical skill
requirements-expected :
strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
experience in process mapping and process improvement (knowledge of BPMN or UML)
ability to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes and propose automation solutions
knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools, especially Uipath
understanding of AI-driven solutions and their application in process automation
excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
project management skills, with the ability to lead and drive process improvement initiatives
excellent spoken and written English
