We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer with expertise in SQL, ColdFusion/.Net, and a deep understanding of web services (SOAP, REST) and Snowflake. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing technical support for internal and external clients. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Perfecting quality by unit testing and completing required documentation
requirements-expected :
Proficiency in SQL and experience with ColdFusion/.Net.
Familiarity with SOAP and REST web services.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and the ability to query large datasets.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to handle technical support situations independently and escalate as needed.
Experience with monitoring server performance and troubleshooting system issues.
Ability to run complex SQL queries and perform database updates
