Innovate: 90% of your work will be dedicated to developing new features and products.
Lead: Take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle from conception to deployment.

requirements-expected :
Experience: 3+ years in backend programming with languages such as Scala, Java or Kotlin.
Eagerness to Learn: Openness and willingness to become a Scala expert.
Best Practices: Solid coding practices including unit testing.
Tech Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in technology and architecture, with a knack for discussing and exploring different solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English.
