Provide support in the identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service, as directed by the leadership of the DevOps team.
Ensure service resilience, service sustainability, and recovery time objectives are met for all software solutions delivered.
Keep up-todate and maintain expertise in current tools, technologies, and areas like cyber security and regulations pertaining to data privacy, consent, data residency, etc.
Ensure compliance with all relevant controls and standards.
requirements-expected :
Excellent in Go (Golang) with experience in Temporal at a senior level and experience with Kubernetes is a must.
Ability to work with customers of the platform, driving product features as a key support member on workflow issues and state.
Basic knowledge of HashiCorp Vault, CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jira, Ansible.
Strong knowledge about API design standards, patterns, and best practices, especially Swagger and OpenAPI 3.0, REST, JSON, Microservices, etc.
Experience in optimizing the performance of loading large datasets that storage customers demand with PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization of services via OAuth 2, experience with Kong API Gateway is a plus.
Solid understanding of Agile testing discipline, e.g., TDD, and experience applying these principles; strong Agile/Scrum development experience.
Good observability skills – OTel + ELK (Elastic and Kibana); proven experience working across compute, storage, networks, and Linux.
Keep up-to-date and maintain expertise on current tools, technologies, and areas like cybersecurity and regulations pertaining to data privacy, consent, data residency, etc., that are applicable.
Accountability for the control and compliance of the engineering process; promote
innovation and adoption of cutting-edge specialist technologies and practices within the domain; promote development of engineers through coaching and mentoring.
Previous experience working in financial services or other large, regulated enterprises.
