Align, the makers of Invisalign, is looking for a Finance Project Management Solution Developer. This exciting new role is part of a culture that helps improve lives every day through digital dentistry.

The Finance Project Management Solution Developer will be responsible for the development and support of automations and tools for the Financial Shared Services Center. Responsibilities include planning, designing, developing, and testing software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products.

In this role, you will work closely with the operational team to improve financial processes, quality, and productivity. You will be part of an international company, where effective communication with the business is necessary to understand needs and implement requirements in the software. We work according to an agile process.

This role contributes to Align Technologys goal of delivering the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign) to our customers.

In this role, you will…

1. Develop tools, automations, and software solutions in Python, PHP, and other languages.
2. Develop tools, automations, and web solutions (Django and others).
3. Design unit testing for created software modules.
4. Create basic documentation for software modules.
5. Collaborate with other developers and team members.
6. Clarify basic and punctual software requirements.
7. Create and propose software prototypes for more open tasks.
8. Review small software changes made by other members.
9. Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
10. Expand knowledge of related disciplinary areas.
11. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
12. Build productive internal/external working relationships.
13. Develop professional expertise and apply professional concepts.
14. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

In this role, you’ll need …

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or related fields, or a master’s degree with 0-12 months of experience.
2. 4 years of directly related experience.
3. Proficiency in English is desirable for this position.
4. Knowledge of Design Patterns.
5. Good knowledge of Python and PHP.
6. Web development knowledge.
7. Experience with GIT or similar version control systems.
8. Microsoft Power User Knowledge (PowerApps, SharePoint, Flows, etc.) is desirable.
9. Bootstrap knowledge is desirable.
10. Theory of Algorithms and Complexity analysis is desirable.
11. Django knowledge is desired.
12. Cloud computing knowledge is desirable.
13. Experience with reporting tools like Tableau, Qlik, Power BI.
14. Experience using very large datasets.
15. Experience managing multiple competing priorities and projects.
