We are seeking an Software Engineer in Observability Space to join our Intelligent Operations team of Procter & Gamble in Warsaw. The person will work as part of a well-established team that includes software engineers, AI engineers, architects, support officers and a product owner to develop and maintain Procter & Gambles internal Event Management capability - part of the internal observability platform. Solution will provide critical insights into the performance and health of applications and infrastructure at enterprise scale. Event Management leverages modern AI algorithms to automatically detect, correlate, root-cause and act upon issues detected in observed system. This helps to prevent business disruption with minimized human effort.
The Engineer will be responsible for solution design and implementation of Event Management capabilities as a member of a cross-functional team.

Above jobs to be done are to be executed by the entire agile, product team, where each engineer is enabled to contribute at every level of delivery and tech stack combining: (a) playing on current strengths and leveraging existing experiences to deliver the parts were engineer is most familiar/expert already, (b) growing by contributing to areas of lower expertise with support of other team member familiar with specific technology.
