You’ll be part of a team building our next-generation services for commercial aviation customers.
As a developer advocate, you’ll interface with many development teams to use native cloud services; and keep the conversation alive with new standards, technologies and reference implementations.
responsibilities :
Focus on implementing cloud service integrations for services, taking advantage of cloud-native patterns and practices, such as interaction with AWS SDK, AWS Fargate, AWS Lambdas, Global Accelerator, Elastic Load Balancers, IAM, IoT, and Push Notifications.
Continuous evaluation of AWS infrastructure, and we must anticipate, plan and roll out updates to ensure continuity of service.
Understand the cost and usage implications of services developed and running on AWS infrastructure.
You will optimize usage patterns and recommend improvements including but not limited to AWS quotas, financial costs, idling and scalability and services design.
Develop new and maintain existing .NET Core code in C# in a cloud environment, including ASP.NET Web API and AWS SDKs.
requirements-expected :
At least five years of professional experience in software development.
Recent experience developing software with .NET, C# and AWS or equivalent.
Have designed, developed, launched and maintained services with tight cloud infrastructure integration.
Ideally, holding certification as an AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Developer or be willing to earn certification within the first year at NAVBLUE (supported and funded by NAVBLUE).
You have a College Diploma or Bachelors Degree within the software engineering area of study or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent communication in English.
