Spribe is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager (SMM) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the charge in shaping our social media presence, crafting engaging content, and driving campaigns that elevate our brand visibility and audience engagement. Collaborating closely with our marketing and development teams, you will develop and execute innovative strategies, manage impactful campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve our social media initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, such as posts, graphics, videos, and infographics.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding professionally and promptly to comments, inquiries, and reviews.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including budget and targeting management.
• Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
• Generate regular reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, recommending innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.
• Represent the company at industry expos and events when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in IT or technology.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their features, algorithms, and advertising tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and platform-specific adaptability.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) for scheduling and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies (preferred).
