Site Technology Technician
Work mode: hybrid- KrakówCompensation: 65- 80 PLN/h netContract type: B2B Language: English B2+/ C1, Polish native or C1/C1
Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with other support team members on site to assist in supporting day-to-day functions of on-site technology and maintain local IT hardware inventory. 
• Identify and track site issues and risks for end users at assigned locations 
• Participate in site-related expansion moves, and projects when necessary
• Facilitate support and solutions to personnel on site and at their remote locations.
• Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding.
• Adhere to and promote IT General Controls (ITGCs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor ticket queues to ensure incidents are being handled on a timely basis by the service desk, identify trends and escalations when needed, prioritize, communicate status and work through to resolution in person, over the phone, and by utilizing remote tools when necessary.
• Report on status of tickets to Enterprise Technology Leadership Team.
• Serve as a local contact for technology service providers such as internet service providers, mobile phone and network providers, and technology-related hardware providers at the site.
• Work independently to complete assigned individual projects, tasks, or other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technology Technician in a similar position.

• Associate’s degree or technical certifications in an IT-related, Computer Science, or Engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience working in the field of information technology.
• Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC).
• Ability to quickly recognize technical issues and escalate or resolve, as necessary.
• Demonstrated customer service mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to write and clearly present problem statements and resolutions.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, resourceful, with self-starter problem-solving aptitude.
• Flexible team-player mindset who can work with a variety of interdisciplinary groups.
• Previous experience in desktop support and/or network or system administration.
• Awareness of U.S. and international security standards and best practices such as ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, etc. preferred.

Soft skills:

• Experience in working in a corporate, international environment.
• Ability to cooperate with employees at various organizational levels, including VP/C-level staff.
• Effective team collaboration
• Knowledge of English at B2/C1 level.
• Knowledge of Polish at C1 level.
