Site Psychologist: 2 weeks on/off
Guest Pre-Evaluation Support:
- Conduct assessments to ensure guests are suited for the retreat.
- Evaluate psychological and physical readiness, offering tailored recommendations.
- Provide a preparation guide with best practices and tips.
Guest Reception and Support:
- Warmly welcome guests, fostering a supportive atmosphere.
- Act as a trusted contact for guidance throughout their stay.
Therapeutic Sessions:
- Conduct initial individual sessions to assess needs and facilitate group sessions with post-treatment support.
Personalized Mental Health Support:
-Provide individualized care, especially during challenging moments, and offer targeted interventions for stress and anxiety.
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather and analyze psychological and physiological data to monitor guest experiences and therapeutic effectiveness.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare reports on evaluations and outcomes, ensuring compliance with standards and sharing insights with management.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with management and therapists to deliver holistic guest support, keeping the team updated on progress and concerns.
Quality Assurance:
- Identify opportunities for improving guest experiences and outcomes.
Improvement:
- Implement measures to maintain high standards in support and interventions.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology or Psychiatry.
- 3-5 years of psychological support experience.
- Genuine interest in spirituality and personal growth.
- Background in therapeutic interventions and evidence-based practices.
- Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and data analysis.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Collaborative team player with experience in diverse cultures.
- Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
