Job Description: Site Planner (Deadline: 30/06/2025)

As a Site Planner at Metlen, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and reviewing the schedule of work, mapping out site construction durations and resources. You will proactively identify risks that might derail a project and produce progress reports in collaboration with the PM team.

Your role will encompass:

  1. Create, maintain, update, monitor, review, and administer construction schedules and plans to ensure that deadlines are met.
  2. Work closely with the Project Team and the construction site team to discuss project progress, gather input data to update the schedule, and address issues.
  3. Produce progress reports with the collaboration of the PM team, providing forecasts for team members, clients, and stakeholders as directed by the Project Manager.
  4. Estimate, plan, and provide feedback to organize resources.
  5. Baseline project programs to ensure critical path works are on schedule.

What you bring to the role:

  1. University or Technical Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  3. Excellent IT skills and knowledge of planning software including MS Project (at least Level 3) and Primavera P6.
  4. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  6. Excellent command of the English language.
  7. Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  8. Organizational and critical thinking skills.
