What Will We Do Together?

• Manage all business‑related activities, including warehousing operations, contractual liabilities, KPIs and financial performance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational design and development, while effectively leading and developing your team.
• Strengthen our long‑standing partnerships with Customers by providing fresh insights, negotiating solutions and ensuring their continued growth and satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with DHL’s global regulations.
• Proactively collaborate with Customers to offer support, review budgets, assess warehouse performance and align operational plans with their evolving needs and expectations.
• Take full ownership of site performance, demonstrating accountability for results and fostering a culture of responsibility.
• Provide support and resources to your team, creating a development‑focused environment that encourages growth, engagement and high performance.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Min. 4 years of experience in managing logistics operations.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams effectively.
• High level of English language proficiency (written and spoken) – B2/C1 level.
• Proven ability to define and deploy strategic plans for the site and high level of ownership and accountability for operational and business results.
• Experience in conducting contract negotiations and maintaining long‑term, trust‑based relationships.
• Solid understanding of financial management at the site level, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L responsibility.
• Project management skills and passion for driving change and implementing innovative solutions.
