For a global company delivering innovative healthcare solutions, we're looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect / Lead.
Our client is part of a group responsible for IT across the entire healthcare group and its business segments. They ensure a seamless interface between IT operations and business operations, enabling all employees in production, logistics, and other areas to work efficiently and without disruptions.
The Technical Architect is accountable for the technical integrity of platform, system performance and cross-platform data and functionality, including integrations. They set development standards and drive the technical governance of the platform through robust controls and architecture boards.
Role & responsibilities:
Conduct design and architecture assessments, ensuring that solutions align with quality standards and industry best practices.
Architect various elements like data models, permissions, workflows, integrations, and configurations to facilitate Business Applications capabilities.
Create ServiceNow solutions focused on HRSD, SPM/PPM, and App Engine, covering design, development, documentation, and testing processes.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems through Integration Hub or custom-built solutions.
Collaborate effectively within cross-functional project teams while independently managing assigned project tasks.
Oversee technical project management, specifically in ServiceNow development and implementation initiatives.
Maintain operational stability of solutions, coordinating with vendors to analyze and resolve critical issues.
Ensure that projects comply with platform governance, including adherence to change management protocols.
Evaluate business needs, review user stories, and contribute to project-related solution proposals in line with corporate standards.
Establish development standards, best practices, and guidelines for ServiceNow Business Applications.
Support testing, quality assurance, and documentation throughout project life cycles.
Assist in identifying risks and devising effective mitigation strategies.
Facilitate platform upgrades and perform testing across various environments.
Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a minimum of 6 years focusing on ServiceNow Business Applications like HRSD, App Engine, SPM/PPM, in enterprise settings.
At least 4 years of experience in architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions, including expertise in solution design.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and modules.
Strong understanding of scoped applications and low/no-code app development within ServiceNow.
Skilled in architecting data models, business logic, permissions, integrations, and user interfaces.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
Very good skills: Strong grasp of the ServiceNow platform’s functionality, a good understanding of cloud enterprise environments, IAM, DevOps, and requirements engineering.
Basic skills: Proficiency in web application development (HTML5/JS), familiarity with Transform Maps, Workflow & Flow Designer, along with strong analytical abilities and customer-focused problem-solving.
Nice to have: Familiarity with ServiceNow governance frameworks, experience in developing apps using App Engine, knowledge of enterprise portals (Employee Center, Employee Center Pro), and relevant ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS, CSA, CTA).
Advanced level of Polish C1/C2.
