Once the user hits submit, we make POST requests with that data to multiple REST end-points sending the job application back to the Workday tenant. The system will clear out / time out after 60 minutes of inactivity (for records that were not submitted back to Workday).

Field service is one of the key strategic growth areas in EMEA. To better support the business growth potential in EMEA area and to ensure improved customer service, we are now looking for a motivated candidate for Service Specialist for on-site services in paper, board, tissue, and pulp drying technologies.

The position is located in Świecie or Jelenia Góra, Poland, and you will be working in the CEN area.

As a Service Specialist, you’ll be working on our service customers sites supervising the service and testing, optimizing, and troubleshooting customer process related matters.

The other part of your work will be to develop service concepts and plan & prepare services in your respective area. Your expertise can also be used in supporting sales and as a technical advisor.

What you’ll need to be successful in the role:

• A suitable technical education, focus on mechanics/machinery construction or alternative experience of mechanical service/maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanics, optionally hydraulics, pneumatics.
• Ideally skills in the paper industry.
• Teamwork skills, good organization, and communication skills.
• Learning and customer-oriented attitude.
• At least good or very good English skills in spoken and written.
• German is an asset; other language skills are seen as an advantage in this position.
• MS Office skills, driver license, willingness to travel (~60-80%).
